It took me so long to be back writing again here. Going through this ups and downs in life. I had taken a bit of rest in here. It’s kinda hard to come back and let the memories start to creep in again. I miss writing here too. But well, that’s life.

I stumbled upon this quote from an unknown author a few hours ago, it says, “Life is simple, it’s just not easy.” I shared this quote to some of my friends through SMS. Their replies varied…from grumbling about their life to affirming the quote.

Just a little more than 24-hours ago too… i read some notes of “Existentialism”. Reminiscing of my college life wherein i struggled hard on understanding those things. It was good to read it again and have a different look at it now too. The last time i stumbled on it was 13 years ago. — Searching for the meaning of our existence in this world? Why do we exist? Why are we here?

The past weeks, i boldly sulked into job-hunting. Those were great experiences too. Boldly facing my fear of being rejected again and again…and for goodness how-many-times-more-to-come. I had hard time accepting it way back then. This is life nowadays. Honestly, i’m humbled. It’s hard to get through to this job-hunting experience when i had a lot of factors to consider into. I don’t want to strike anywhere…as what others want me to do.

But then, life’s never been more of struggles and anxieties, hmm, despairs? Just this month, i have 4 friends who are celebrating their life with bliss in marriage. Celebration, that’s what it is! And another celebration of life through birth anniversaries. Best Wishes on your wedding days, and Happy Birthdays! Hmm…shall we say, those who are getting married, giving those… Happy Birthdays too in months time? A celebration of life indeed!

Given that we are still alive, our lives could likened be into a wheel, in a straight rod, or maybe just something in a vacuum. A wheel that goes round, up and down we go. A straight rod, oh what a boring life it would be! A vacuum? What life is in it?

Let’s just enjoy our life. Up or down our lives be.
